Plaset is a family-owned business established in 1995, initially focused on wholesale and retail trade in foodstuffs. We expanded by opening the Plaset Bakery, offering traditional North Macedonian bakery products. In 2011, we launched Plaset Doner and later added burgers, establishing Plaset Doner & Burger as a modern fast-food chain. Today, we operate 7 fast-food restaurants in Skopje and Tetovo, along with a premium hotel, 2 bakeries, and a seasonal wedding restaurant.
